Founder & President
Dr. Angella Gilzene is an internationally respected hospitality executive with more than three decades of global leadership experience across luxury resorts, convention hotels, branded properties, mixed-use developments, and complex turnaround operations.
Throughout her distinguished career, she has held executive leadership roles with some of the world’s most recognized hospitality brands, including Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Sandals Resorts International, and Trust House Forte Hotels.
Her expertise spans hotel operations, organizational transformation, revenue optimization, guest experience, executive leadership, strategic planning, operational excellence, and asset performance.
Dr. Gilzene is also the Founder and President of Vayeira Hospitality Holdings, where she leads the development of eco-luxury and wellness-focused hospitality destinations designed to combine sustainability, innovation, and long-term investment value.
